Mayonnaise sauce “Stolichniy” with fat content of 40 % is perfect for use in salads (it keeps the consistency well and does not release the liquid), for marinating meat, poultry and fish, as well as for filling pizza. Perfect for burgers and hot dogs. Mayonnaise sauce can be used for baking bakery and confectionery products.

• Composition

  Prepared drinking water, refined deodorized sunflower oil, thickeners (modified corn starches), sugar, iodized table salt, dry egg yolk, acidity regulators (lactic acid, acetic acid), stabilizer (xanthan gum), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), natural flavour “Mustard”, EDTA antioxidant, β-carotene colorant.

• Storage conditions

  Mayonnaise sauce must be stored in warehouses with constant air circulation and humidity not more than 75%. It is not allowed to store together with products that have a sharp specific smell. After opening the package store the product in the refrigerator from 0 °С to + 6 °С for 24 days.

• Shelf life

  From 0°С to +14°С – 180 days; From +14°С to + 18°С – 120 days.
