Solid table margarine “For creams” 80%, 150 kg

Margarine is specially developed to meet the requirements for the production of creams for decoration, layers of cakes, cakes.

  • Composition

    High-quality refined deodorized vegetable fats and oils, prepared water, emulsifiers (E 471, E 475), iodized food salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), “Dairy butter” flavoring, colorant (β-carotene).

  • Storage conditions

    Margarine shall be stored in warehouses or refrigerators with constant air circulation and humidity of no more than 80%. It is not allowed to store together with products that have a sharp specific smell.

  • Shelf life

    Shelf life from the date of manufacture is, at the temperature: Brick: From -20°С to 0°С - 180 days, From 0°С to + 10°С - 150 days. Monolith: From -10°С to 0°С - 180 days, From 0°С to + 10°С - 150 days.

  • Packaging

    Product packaging is made: - bricks of polyfoil: 150 g – 50pc. (in the box) – 7,5 kg; 200g – 40 pc. (in the box) – 8 kg; 500g – 10 pc. (in the box) – 5 kg 500g – 12 pc. (in the box) – 6 kg. - corrugated cardboard boxes with bags - inserts/liners net weight: 5 kg; 10 kg; 20 kg.
