Solid table margarine “Ukrainskiy slivochniy” 72%, 150 gr

Margarine is intended for production of confectionery products from chopped, shortcrust pastry, for cooking of creams, as well as for preparing of other types of flour confectionery products (sugar, butter shortbread cookies, gingerbread cookies, oatmeal cookies, muffins), cooking rich bakery goods, rich fermented butter pones and doughnuts.

• Composition

  High-quality refined deodorized vegetable fats and oils, emulsifiers (E 471, E 476), prepared water, skimmed powdered milk iodized food salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), “Dairy butter” flavoring, colorant (β-carotene).

• Storage conditions

  Margarine shall be stored in warehouses or refrigerators with constant air circulation and humidity of no more than 80%. It is not allowed to store together with products that have a sharp specific smell.

• Shelf life

  Shelf life from the date of manufacture is, at the temperature: Brick: From -20°С to 0°С - 180 days, From 0°С to + 10°С - 150 days. Monolith: From -10°С to 0°С - 180 days, From 0°С to + 10°С - 150 days.

• Packaging

  Product packaging is made: - corrugated cardboard boxes with bags - inserts/liners net weight: 5 kg; 10 kg; 20 kg. - bricks of polyfoil: 150 g – 50 pc. (in the box) – 7,5 kg; 200g – 40 pc. (in the box) – 8 kg; 500g – 12 pc. (in the box) – 6 kg.
